Born in Manchester. Made for Music Lovers Everywhere.

We started in the city where rain and rhythm go hand in hand - Manchester - and that heartbeat still runs through what we make. Most of our current drops nod to Manc culture, but the love is bigger: it’s for anyone who lives life to a soundtrack.

Music Reigns is a clothing brand for people who love music - the gig-goers, the vinyl hoarders, the air-drummers, the playlist compilers and the budding DJs. If it’s in your blood, you’re in the right place.

Our Roots

Before Music Reigns, there was VOODOOrain - our first love letter to Manchester and a nod to A Guy Called Gerald’s 1988 acid-house classic “Voodoo Ray." The name evolved, the spirit didn’t. 

In the middle of our rebrand, we lost our co-founder and original designer, Dave. He was a one-off talent, the source of endless laughs and a unique human. His work lives on in the VOODOOrain Special Editions - kept exactly as he designed them. If one of those pieces finds you, give it a nod for him.
